Idle Arts Retreat
February 20–22, 2026 — Union, Washington
A three-day gathering for anyone who believes creativity feels better when it’s unhurried, joyful, and rooted in community.
WHAT IS IDLE ARTS?
Idle Arts is part retreat, part creative philosophy.
We believe:
you don’t need to be “good” at something to make it
your hobbies deserve space
slow, intentional creativity restores the soul
For three days, we’ll explore art in many forms — crafting, writing, painting, fiber arts, printmaking, culinary play, journaling, and more — all in a setting that encourages rest, connection, and experimentation.
This retreat is for beginners, lifelong makers, and everyone in between.
